We are now looking for an employee for our internal service function at our client in central Gothenburg. You will be an important part of the daily operations of the workplace and ensure that everything runs smoothly for both employees and visitors.

About the role

With us, you are the customer's face to the outside world. You work broadly with service and practical tasks on-site at our client. The role requires that you are self-driven, solution-oriented, and enjoy having a varied everyday life where there are often quick changes and fast decisions.

Examples of tasks:

• Receive visitors and employees
• Handle fault reports and work orders
• Set up and prepare conference rooms
• Manage office supplies, printers, and other equipment
• Mail and goods handling
• Administrative tasks
• Handyman, which includes light property maintenance
• Catering

You work closely with others in the team and are also expected to support other areas of internal service as needed.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in service professions, such as reception, hotel, or similar. You are used to working with computers and have good technical understanding. A high school education is required, and it is an advantage if you have experience in similar roles.

You are:

• Responsible and proactive
• Service-oriented and solution-focused
• Used to collaborating and communicating clearly
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

The position is full-time (Mon-Fri). There may be varying working hours for events, for example. The position is a permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period.
